POSITION SUMMARY:

Compass Resorts in Destin, FL is looking for a reliable and hardworking Delivery Truck Driver and Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll operate commercial laundry equipment, load and unload laundry bins into trucks, and help keep the work area clean and well-organized.

We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and the physical stamina to stay on their feet throughout the shift. Once trained, you'll be able to work independently while still being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load and unload laundry bins into trucks
• Load and unload commercial laundry machines
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Organize, sort and fold clean laundry as instructed
• Operate commercial laundry equipment
• Follow proper procedures for washing, drying, and ironing
• Ensure the work area stays clean and organized
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocol
• Maintain an upbeat attitude, contributing to a positive atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to lift and move very heavy items, physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive large box trucks
• Previous experience is preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $18 - $20

Bonus

• Annual bonuses awarded to select employees based on performance and merit.

Schedule

• 5 days a week with weekend availability required
