Job Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Callibrity. We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer in the United States.

This is a fully remote opportunity for a skilled DevOps professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in a high-impact modernization project—spearheading the integration of a headless Sitecore experience using Next.js and hosted on Vercel. Blending hands-on engineering with team enablement, you’ll guide the transition toward modern platform practices while continuing to support Azure infrastructure. If you're passionate about solving complex problems and sharing platform engineering best practices, this is an excellent opportunity to make a visible impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the technical implementation and operation of a new public-facing web platform hosted on Vercel.
  • Design and secure modern CI/CD deployment workflows in collaboration with frontend teams.
  • Configure preview environments, deployment protections, and environment variables.
  • Integrate observability tools for performance monitoring and edge/serverless functions.
  • Mentor and upskill DevOps team members on modern tools, workflows, and cloud-native patterns.
  • Support and enhance existing Azure infrastructure and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to recommend practical improvements.
  • Unify observability across platforms using Elastic Cloud; improve alerting and visibility stack-wide.
  • Establish and document meaningful monitoring standards across legacy and modern environments.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Next.js lifecycles and frontend deployment platforms (e.g., Vercel, Netlify).
  • Proficiency in observability tools like Elastic Cloud or comparable platforms.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or TypeScript preferred).
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Nice to have: experience with Sitecore Headless Services, Azure Container Apps, internal tooling frameworks, and developer self-service patterns.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and profit-sharing bonus
  • 401(k) match with immediate vesting
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance starting Day 1
  • Paid parental leave and generous PTO (3–5 weeks + 8 holidays)
  • Paid bench time and flex time for professional development or thought leadership
  • $1,500 annual development stipend + remote office setup bonus
  • Team-building events, lunch & learns, and a supportive team culture
  • High employee satisfaction and retention in a company named one of Cincinnati’s Best Places to Work
  • Small company feel with the resources of a stable, growth-oriented business
