Job Description

Position Summary

Lead planning and strategy for multi-platform content for the Company brand. Work collaboratively to determine vision and execution plan, including content scope and needs, content restructuring needs, content development plan, and project execution plan.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and development of sports marketing content projects, ensuring content meets sports marketing standards and aligns with brand goals and objectives.
  • Form strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure projects align with crossfunctional needs.
  • Identify efficiencies in content development and investments, creating a consistent pipeline of new content and imagery for various platforms such as organic social, paid media, POS, and retail media.
  • Prioritize and calendarize content projects, optimizing for greatest impact and timely execution.
  • Work closely with the digital team to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of existing content and drive continuous improvement based on these observations.
  • To be impactful in this role, you must be able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while working with a diverse team across multiple time zones, managing numerous stakeholders and approval processes.

Job Specifications

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Marketing, Communications, or related field of study
  • More than 7 years of experience in Marketing, action sports or motorsports industries preferred
  • More than 5 years of experience in supervisory role
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Digital Asset Management a plus
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency

Base Pay Range: USD $112,500 - USD $150,000 (+)
