✅ Track student progress and communicate effectively with parents
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
✅ Valid early years teaching license or qualification
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Pre-K or KG (preferably in an international or American curriculum setting)
✅ Passionate, warm, and enthusiastic about early childhood education
✅ Native-level English proficiency
✅ Strong classroom management and a nurturing presence
✅ Tax-free salary (KWD 850 – 1,100/month) based on experience
